Terms of Service

By accessing or using Settled ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is currently deployed on Devnet only. No real assets are at risk during the devnet phase.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Settled is a decentralized binary sentiment market protocol built on Solana. Markets settle based on publicly verifiable crowd positioning data (funding rates) from major exchanges.

Settled is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to user funds at any time.

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in wash trading, market manipulation, front-running, or any other activity that harms the integrity of the markets.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the smart contracts or infrastructure of the Platform.

All content, design, and code on the Platform (excluding open-source components) is the property of Zirodelta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Smart contract interactions carry inherent technical risks. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from bugs, exploits, or network failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zirodelta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zirodelta is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
